C.H.A.D. Program ----------------- In 1995 TPA took
over the Children Have An iDentity project. As of 2002 we have distributed over 3,000,000 C.H.A.D. stickers. The sticker is
to be placed on child safety car seat to identify the child and whom to notify in case there is an accident. In many cases
the consent of a parent or guardian is needed to give medical care. The sticker helps in the event the driver or other passengers
are not conscious to give vital information. This safety seat child identification program has been developed as the result
of a traffic crash involving a 13-month-old boy named Chad. The babysitter who had been driving was killed. Chad was injured,
but no one at the scene knew his identiy. Only because an emergency room nurse recognized him could his parents be quickly
located and his injuries be treated. ------------------------------------------------------ If you would like some C.H.A.D.
